主要研究成果:
(1)设计了一系列的新型分子铁电材料,发现了一些传统无机铁电材料中没有的铁电物理现象,如配位扭曲导致的铁电性、分子马达中的铁电性、顺电-铁电相变过程中的反常旋光变化、介电铁电传感具有分子识别作用等;
(2)构建了一系列的多功能铁电材料,如低带宽的半导体分子铁电体、高光伏电压的分子铁电体、高量子产率的发光铁电体等,发现了极轴最多的分子铁电体并组装了薄膜。相关研究工作以通讯作者(或共同通讯作者)或第一作者发表在Science、Nat. Commun.、Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.、J. Am. Chem. Soc.、Adv. Mater.等一流学术期刊上,促进了分子铁电科学的发展。

个人简介:史超,男,主要从事有机−无机杂化晶体中介电和铁电转变的研究。其核心工作是探讨在温度作用下相变过程中固相的动态行为机制。利用分子设计理念,建立有机−无机杂化模型化合物,研究体系的动态变化和对外界激励的响应,发现新体系和新材料。近5年,申报人以第一作者或通讯作者身份发表科研论文20余篇,其中代表性科研论文包括J. Am. Chem. Soc. (2 篇)、Nat. Commun. (1 篇)、Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. (1 篇)、Mater. Horiz. (1 篇)、Coord. Chem. Rev. (1 篇)、J. Mater. Chem. C. (2 篇) 和Chem. Eur. J. (1 篇)等。其中,3篇入选ESI高被引论文,1篇入选ESI热点论文。这些研究进一步理解了分子间相互作用、晶体结构、相变之间的关联,且发现新的极性和结构相变体系,为指导目标体系的合成和性能优化奠定了一定的基础。作为课题负责人主持国家自然科学基金面上基金项目和国家自然科学基金青年基金项目以及江西省自然科学基金重点项目各1项。荣获2018年江西省“杰出青年”称号;入选2022年度 (第二十六批) 江西省主要学科学术和技术带头人培养计划。

发展了离子热合成晶态金属硫属化物新方法;利用离子液体的特殊稳定作用合成了一系列超大微孔的金属硫属化物和分立结构的金属硫属化物纳米团簇,并重点研究了这些化合物的光催化性能。主持国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目(结题),青年-面上连续资助项目(结题)、中科院青年创新基金各一项(结题),及福建省自然科学基金面上项目(结题)。作为学术骨干参与多项国家自然科学基金、科技部973项目和中科院重要方向性项目的研究。在包括Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.、Nanoscale、Chem.Commun.、Chem. Eur. J. 等刊物上发表SCI论文50余篇,并有多篇论文被选为封面文章;申请中国发明专利9件,其中4项已授权。已培养3名硕士研究生。
